Clean drinking water is the most important appliance in your house. We are Kent's authorized service, maintenance and repair center for the Pokhara region — Kent's coverage for this side of the country outside Kathmandu — so your Kent purifier is serviced the genuine way, with genuine parts. We also sell, install and maintain Merlin RO systems, and as a wholesale dealer of water filter spare parts you get genuine cartridges at fair prices.

Our Kent Service & Maintenance plan is built around measurement, not guesswork: we visit your home, test your water quality, and replace only the filters that actually need changing — carbon, sediment or membrane — based on the readings. Every 2–3 months we return to measure TDS/PPM and give you a written report, so you always know what you're drinking.

Beyond home purifiers, we install and service larger systems too: multi-stage filtration columns, commercial RO plants and whole-building water treatment setups for hotels, offices and apartment buildings.
